Jammu and Kashmir: Migrant worker from Bihar shot dead in Bandipora

In yet another targeted killing in Jammu and Kashmir, a labourer from Bihar was shot dead by terrorists in the Bandipora district. The incident happened on the intervening night of August 11 and 12. The deceased was identified as Mohd Amrez, a resident of Bihar's Madhepura.
