Stanmore Resources to buy Mitsui's 20% stake in BHP JV for $380 million

Australian coal explorer Stanmore Resources said on Friday its unit would buy Mitsui & Co's remaining 20 per cent stake in BHP Mitsui Coal, the Japanese firm's joint venture with BHP Group, for $380 million.
