NEW DELHI: Shares of Ltd., , , and HAL, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:19AM(IST)on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 147.4 points to 17682.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as , , , Agni Green . and , touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 38 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 10 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, , , , Wipro and were among top gainers, while Tata Consumer, , , Hindalco and NTPC traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 560.42 points up at 59377.71 at 10:19AM(IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Defence, Paper, Industrial Equipment, Telecommunications and Electric/Electronics sectors, while selling was visible in Metals - Ferrous, Aquaculture, Gas & Petroleum, Auto Ancillaries and Glass sectors.
