ANIOn Raksha Bandhan day, industrialist Anand Mahindra shared on Twitter a touching throwback photo of his family when he was a young boy.
The black & white, which he said was one of the earliest Raksha Bandhan photos in his archive, showed elder sister Radhika tying a rakhi on young Anand's wrist while their mother Indira Mahindra looked on,
Mahindra also said in his post that he would be headed to meet her and their mother in Delhi. He also gave a shout out to his younger sister Anuja who is in Kodagu, telling her that her rakhi arrived well on time,
"One of the earliest #RakshaBandhan pics in my archive. With my sister Radhika and my mother in Delhi. And I'm headed to her place shortly. A big shoutout to my younger sister Anuja who's in Kodagu right now but her Rakhi arrived well in time! Some traditions never die.." Mahindra wrote.
The warm family picture raced to more than 5,600 likes in four hours and many of his followers seemed moved by the vibe it conveyed.
