It is a second Saturday on August 13, so banks will be closed. Further, on August 15, banks across the country will be closed for Independence Day.
Due to this, in a state like Maharashtra, banks will also be closed for five days starting on August 12 (Raksha Bandhan) and ending on August 16. (Parsi New Year).
