NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Wednesday.

Shares of (Re 1 per share), Divyashakti (Rs 2 per share), Kalyani Forge (Rs 3 per share), Kemp & Company (Rs 4 per share), NHPC (Re 0.5 per share), NTPC (Rs 3 per share), (Re 1 per share), (Rs 2 per share), Standard Industries (Re 0.75 per share), The (Rs 5.4 per share) and Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.5 per share), are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

The Great Eastern Shipping Company (Rs 5.4 per share) and Vaibhav Global (Rs 1.5 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

Coal India, , Eicher Motors, , IRCTC, Abbott India, Patanjali Foods, , , NHPC, Cummins and SAIL are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Abbott India, , Zydus Lifesciences, Cummins India, , , Sobha, (India), S H Kelkar & Company, Pricol, and Ramco Systems will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of and will meet today to consider a bonus issue.

Also, the board of Almondz Global Securities will meet today to consider a preferential issue.
