Why Nitish Kumar broke alliance with BJP

JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar ended the alliance with BJP and joined hands with Mahagathbandhan in Bihar. On August 9 he tendered his resignation as Chief Minister of the state. The love and hate of Nitish Kumar with the BJP surprised many. He dumped BJP twice in a matter of just 9 years. This time BJP said it had a sense of Nitish leaving the BJP fold but it was not sure that he will go with RJD. Nitish being a seasoned politician the decision must be a well-thought strategy.
