Gang issuing fake land deeds busted

Jaipur: A team of Mansarovar police on Monday busted a gang involved in issuing fake land deeds of vacant plots owned by the Jaipur Development Authority, housing board and housing societies. The gang had issued nearly 200 fake land deeds till now. Police have seized more than 400 rubber stamps of various departments from the gang members. The matter came to light when a non-resident Indian living in the United States got a land deed at Padam Vihar area. tnn
