The episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati 14 begins with rollover contestant Dhulichand Agarwal, who seeks Amitabh Bachchan’s blessings to carry on the game. He congratulates him for playing it very well and Dhulichand aka DC takes on Rs. 75 lakh question.
The question is: During which conflict did NATO engage in the first combat operations in its history?

A. First Gulf war, B. Soviet-Afghan War, C. Cyprus War, D. Bosnian War.
Dhulichand gives a lot of thought and thinks it can be option B. Host Amitabh Bachchan tells him to think it through as wrong answer can pull him down to Rs. 3,20,000 instead of Rs. 50 lakh.

However, left with no lifelines and not much knowledge on the matter, Dhulichand decides to quit the game. Big B congratulates him for winning Rs 50 lakh and tells him to pick an option. Dhulichand goes for option B, Soviet-Afghan war but the correct answer is D. Bosnian War.

Big B congratulates him and signs his Rs 50 lakh winning amount.

For the unversed, Dhulichand was the first commoner contestant of the season, who had an old connection with Big B. In the 70’s Dhulichand had lost Rs 10 while going to watch Big B's superhit film ‘Muqaddar Ka Sikander’. Dhulichand had vowed never to watch the film again and in KBC14, he narrated this incident and asked Big B to return his Rs 10. Mr. Bachchan fondly returned his money Rs 20 adding interest.

The host was visibly impressed by Dhulichand’s knowledge and the way he played the game.
