Rajasthan: BJP MP Ranjeeta Kohli alleges attack by mining mafia, stages protest against police 'inaction'

In Rajasthan, Bharatpur BJP MP. Ranjeeta Kohli alleged that her car was attacked by the mining mafia in an attempt to kill her. She alleged that the police did not take action in the matter, and also staged a sit-in protest. "I saw about 150 trucks that were overloaded. I tried to stop them but they fled. They thought I was in the car & thus they pelted stones, break my car. I could have been killed. This is an attack on me but I won't be scared," Ranjeeta Koli said.
