CWG 2022 Day 10 Live Updates: India have so far won 17 gold, 13 silver and 19 bronze medals this edition

Commonwealth Games 2022, Day 10, Live Updates: India are having a gold rush on the 10th day of the CWG 2022. Three boxers - Nikhat Zareen (women's light flyweight), Amit Panghal (men's flyweight) and Nitu Ganghas (women's minimumweight) - have won their respective finals. In the men's triple jump, India won the top two medals, courtesy Eldhose Paul (17.03m jump for gold) and Abdulla Aboobacker Narangolintevid (17.02 jump for silver). Meanwhile, Annu Rani and Sandeep Kumar bagged bronze medals for India in the women's javelin throw and men's 10km race walk, respectively. Meanwhile, Indian shuttlers Lakshya Sen and PV Sindhu have entered the final of badminton men's and women's singles respectively. Kidambi Srikanth had to face defeat in the badminton men's singles semi-final. India also won the bronze medal in women's hockey after beating New Zealand in a shootout. Pugilist Sagar Ahlawat will also try to bring home gold medal home when he steps out to play his final bout.
Treesa Jolly/Gayatri Gopichand lost in the badminton women's doubles semi-final and will play for bronze now. India's Satwik Sairaj Rankireddy/Chirag Shetty have entered badminton men's doubles final and will play for gold on Sunday. India's men's doubles duo Achanta Sharath Kamal/G Sathiyan lost their table men's doubles final against England's Paul Drinkhall/Liam Pitchford and settled for silver.Â
Later in the day, there are several athletes in the fray, while India will take on Australia for gold in the women's cricket final.
