Manipur: Van set ablaze in Bishnupur, mobile data services suspended for 5-days across the state

Mobile data services have been suspended across the entire state of Manipur for 5-days after a van was set ablaze by 3-4 people of a certain community. The incident has created a tense communal situation in the area. Section 144 has been imposed in the Bishnupur district.
