'Give legal guarantee to MSP': Bhagwant Mann at NITI Aayog governing council meeting

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann demanded financial help from the Centre during NITI Aayog governing council meeting. He said that issues related to Punjab were raised in the meeting and has done homework on the issues related to the state. He also slammed former chief ministers over skipping the NITI Aayog meetings. He said that he requested the council to give a legal guarantee to MSP.
