GDP growth projection retained

The Reserve Bank of India Governor Shaktikanta Das said during the MPC announcements on Friday that GDP projectio for 2022-23 has been retained at 7.2 per cent. He said that Q1 has been projected with a growth of 16.2 per cent, Q2 6.2 per cent, Q3 4.1 per cent, and Q4 4 per cent with risk broadly balanced.

Real GDP growth projection for Q1 2023-24 has been projected at 6.7 per cent.
