Goa CM Pramod Sawant to meet ministers over inter-departmental issues

PANAJI: Chief minister Pramod Sawant on Wednesday said that between August 15 and 31, meetings will be held with ministers to resolve inter-departmental issues. He also said that the state government is working in a focussed manner to achieve targets set by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He said that 27 programmes of the Union government and nine of the state government’s 13 flagship programmes had been implemented in total while the remaining programmes were nearly 50% implemented. He said that the state government has appointed 13 nodal officers to ensure that all 13 flagship programmes are implemented in totality by August 31.
