Ranjit Rath is new OIL CMD

Dibrugarh: Dr Ranjit Rath, an alumnus of IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur, took over as the new chairman-cum-managing director (CMD) of Oil India Limited (OIL), on August 2 in Noida. OIL, which is India’s second largest national exploration and production company, has its field headquarters at Duliajan in Dibrugarh district.
Rath is a recipient of the prestigious National Geosciences Award from the President of India. TNN
