Viral: Girl falls out of car window, driver moves away

A shocking video of carelessness has emerged. A girl leaning out of the window from the back seat fell out of a car window at a busy junction in China. Unaware of this, the driver moved forward. The incident was reported from Ningbo, China. The child was rescued by locals and is safe now.
