World Police and Fire Games: Medallists call on Tamil Nadu CM

CHENNAI: Police and fire and rescue services personnel, who won medals in the recently concluded World Police and Fire Games (WPFG) in the Netherland, called on Tamil Nadu chief minister M K Stalin at the secretariat on Thursday.
A team of 13 police and fire service personnel from TN won 33 medals, including 16 gold and 14 silver medals, in various events at the WPFG.
The CM appreciated the team for their efforts and winning medals.
Chief secretary V Irai Anbu, additional chief secretary for home, prohibition, and excise department K Phanindra Reddy and DGP (law and order) C Sylendra Babu were also present on the occasion.
