Info Edge shares drop 1.43% as Sensex rises

Shares of the Info Edge (India) Ltd. traded at Rs 4239.4 on BSE at 10:35AM (IST) on Thursday, down 1.43 per cent. The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 3314.0 and a high of Rs 7462.95.

Earlier in the day, the stock saw a gap up opening.

At the prevailing price, the stock traded at 4.3 times its trailing 12-month EPS of Rs 988.57 per share and 3.37 times its book value, as per BSE data.

A total of 6,647 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:35AM (IST). The stock commands a market value of Rs 54789.87 crore and is part of the Online Service/Marketplace industry.

The scrip has been an underperformer , down 20.89 per cent in the past one year in comparison with a 10.42 per cent gain in Sensex.

During the day, the stock moved between Rs 4419.0 and Rs 4234.25.

Promoters held 38.11 per cent in the company as of 30-Jun-2022. FII and MF ownership in (India) Ltd. stood at 32.72 per cent and 11.44 per cent, respectively.
