A chopper of the Pakistan Army Aviation Corps, tasked with providing close aerial combat support for the Pakistan Army, carrying senior military officials has reportedly gone missing in Balochistan.
According to the Pakistan army, the chopper was on flood relief operations in Lasbela when it went missing more than five hours ago.

Six officials were onboard, including Corps Commander 12 (Quetta), who was supervising the flood relief operations.
"A Pakistan army aviation helicopter which was on flood relief operations in Lasbela, Balochistan lost contact with ATC. Six individuals were on board, including Commander 12 Corps who was supervising flood relief operations in Balochistan. Search operation is underway," Pakistan armed forces said in a tweet.
A search operation is currently underway.
