Flash-floods wreak havoc in parts of Jammu and Kashmir, schools shut

Inclement weather wreaked havoc in parts of Jammu and Kashmir with widespread damage reported to public and private property. According to officials, heavy overnight rains in the hilly areas of Surankote belt triggered flash floods, with huge volume of water entering into houses and shops.
