NEW DELHI: Ltd.(Rs. 1779.70 crore), Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 1113.70 crore), L&T(Rs. 966.58 crore), RIL(Rs. 965.04 crore), Bajaj Finance(Rs. 914.00 crore), Tanla Solutions(Rs. 798.61 crore), SBI(Rs. 788.54 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 762.93 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 735.68 crore) and Bajaj Finserv(Rs. 704.80 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Wednesday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 157.95 points up at 16641.8, while BSE Sensex rose 547.83 points to 55816.32.
In the Nifty index, .(up 3.04 per cent), State Bank of India(up 2.72 per cent), Divi's Laboratories Ltd.(up 2.70 per cent), Larsen & Toubro Ltd.(up 2.59 per cent) and .(up 2.49 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, .(down 1.34 per cent), .(down 1.06 per cent), .(down 0.65 per cent), .(down 0.65 per cent) and .(down 0.43 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
