Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan – a full service law firm has promoted 11 of its lawyers to Partnership. It has also elevated Surbhi Premi – who was working as a Joint Partner at the firm to the position of Director.
Surbhi works in the domain of indirect taxes at Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (L&S). Before joining L&S, she worked at Goldman Sachs, a Global Investment Bank.
Having more than 12 years of post-qualification experience, Surbhi's area of expertise includes Goods & Services Tax (GST) and other indirect taxes. At Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, she is actively involved in GST advisory, In-house training and Tax Compliance Reviews for various companies.
She has experience of working with Indian as well as multi-national clients in various sectors vis e-commerce, information technology, telecom, construction and Real Estate, EPC, logistics, tour and travel, hospitality, oil and gas, healthcare, insurance, liquor, power, iron and metals.
Surbhi is also faculty with ICAI having addressed various seminars and webinars for businesses and students.
Surbhi regularly authors various articles published in reputed news-papers and leading Asia fame law journals like Legal Era and India Business Law Journal and other tax journals like Taxsutra, TIOL, VIL and many more.
