Who was Melanie Rauscher?

What did Melanie Rauscher's co-worker, Jeremy McCaa, say about this?

Jeremy McCaa was with Melanie Rauscher when she appeared in the main series and the spin-off. He talked to the reporter, saying that he and Melanie had clicked since the meeting. McCaa considered her as a sister he could never have. Their relationship was akin to siblings, and the bond was special to him. He described her as the kind who always puts others' needs before hers. She was beloved by the whole Naked and Afraid cast and crew. Everybody will miss her forever.

McCaa also took to Facebook to post about Rauscher. His caption says that her presence in his life was so natural that he could never explain it. He talks about their chemistry on Naked and Afraid, which eventually turned into such a beautiful friendship that words fail him to describe. Her friendship was cherished, and her laughter made heads turn. McCaa says that even though they were not related by blood, they were as strong as a family.

She always had his back. There were many moments in their lives when they had each other and made themselves feel better. He considered her his swamp wife, his best friend, a strong woman, and an all-around fantastic human. He will forever remember their moments. She was taken from them too soon and is now gone forever. He also says that he will love her forever and that they will meet again someday. He also requests everyone to keep his family in their wishes and prayers. He attached many of his photos with Melanie Rauscher.
