BHUBANESWAR: Heavy rain will continue at isolated in 10 districts on Monday, Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Sunday.

Districts, which will experience heavy showers on Monday are Nuapada, Bolangir, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Nawarangpur, Koraput and Malkangiri.
An IMD rainfall report, recorded on Sunday morning, said Tangi and Jujumara in Khurda and Sambalpur districts respectively received the state’s highest 110mm rainfall each over the past 24 hours. Similarly, Jajpur during the period till evening recorded 41mm rainfall.
Torrential downpour over the past few days across Odisha has helped the state overcome rain deficit, said weather scientists.
