We welcome diversified roles: JP Morgan MD

Jamshedpur: The XLRI-Xavier School of Management on Friday hosted an interview session with Gaurav Ahluwalia, the managing director (human resources) of JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Ahluwalia provided insights on several issues.
Imran Farookh and Surbhi Sinha, the moderators of the event, asked Ahluwalia about the professional challenges that he faced on his journey to become a leader.
Speaking about his views on the demographic shifts in India and America, Ahluwalia said his company welcomes recruitments from diversified roles and gels them together in its work culture.
Meanwhile, the institute launched PGDM Innovation Entrepreneurship and Venture Creation (IEVC).
It is a full time AICTE approved course in entrepreneurship which offers structured long-term support for aspiring entrepreneurs by combining management education with incubation/acceleration. “This programme is designed to maximise experiential learning for aspiring entrepreneurs,” said XLRI director Fr Paul Fernandes.
