Odisha Assembly: Ruckus in House over ED notice to Sonia Gandhi

BHUBANESWAR: Assembly proceedings were disrupted for the second day with the opposition BJP and Congress locking horns over the enforcement directorate summoning Congress chief Sonia Gandhi in the National Herald case.
The Congress MLAs alleged that the Centre is trying to suppress the voice of the opposition when they highlight its failures. The BJP countered said summons have been issued based on evidence. The BJD slammed both the parties for disrupting sessions by raising issues not pertaining to Odisha. tnn
