Playing 100 games for West Indies and to score a hundred in my 100th ODI means a lot to me. My back was stiffening up a little and it was tough out there. It's a decent score on this pitch. It was about getting in, I have not got a start like this in a while, so wanted to capitalise on that and put some runs. It's not what it is, it's a good score and some balls are keeping low, the spinners will come into play.
Last over now and Siraj will bowl this one. Starts with a dot and gives away 2 wides. And that's a huge six!!!! Hosein sends WI to 311/6 after 50 overs.

The Indian cricket team was fined 20 per cent of its match fee for maintaining a slow-over rate against the West Indies in the first ODI. Match Referee Richie Richardson imposed the sanction after the Shikhar Dhawan-led side was ruled to be one over short of the target after time allowances were taken into consideration.
