BJP state chief pays tribute to Azad

Prayagraj: State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) chief and cabinet minister Swatantra Deo Singh on Saturday said the contribution of martyrs and freedom fighters could not be forgotten in the freedom struggle of the country.
Singh was in Sangam city on Saturday and paid tributes to Chandra Shekhar Azad on his 116th birth anniversary at CSA park. He said that nationalism (rastra -dharam) is the biggest religion and called upon youths to serve the motherland. He added that we are celebrating Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to remember the contribution of our freedom fighters and martyrs. On the completion of 75 years of independence, each and every house in the country will hoist tri-colour from August 11 to 16.
BJP state chief said that Modi and Yogi led BJP governments are making the dreams of our freedom fighters and martyrs come true. He also said India is rising globally particularly in economic and social fields. Singh, meanwhile, said, “He said that entire world is honouring the Indian culture, customs and traditions.” Singh, meanwhile, claimed that country is fast growing and many express-ways are being constructed. Moreover, BJP led governments have also focused on the economic strengthening of poor people.
Meanwhile,cabinet minister also held a meeting with officials of jal shakti department and reviewed about projects and schemes. He asked officials to ensure the availability of adequate water in canals and also ensure that all tube well should be in functional mode.
