BJP MLA’s car overturns on eway

Varanasi: BJP MLA from Bangermau constituency Shrikant Katiyar had a narrow escape on Thursday when his car overturned on the Purvanchal Expressway in Mau district.
According to reports, the MLA was returning from the home of UP minister Dayashankar Singh after attending the last rites of his father.
The accident occurred when he was passing through Mau district on the Purvanchal Expressway. Five persons including the MLA were travelling in the vehicle.
All of them sustained minor injuries.
The MLA returned to Lucknow in another car.
