Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights orders to curb ragging

BHUBANESWAR: The Odisha State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (OSCPCR) on Thursday asked departments of school and mass education and ST and SC development, which run educational institutes in the state, to ensure safety of children and ragging-free campuses.
The OSCPCR has also asked the departments to make sure that legal provision and guidelines are circulated to every educational institution in a bid to prevent incidents of ragging and bullying.
