The major part of these road deaths in India involve two-wheelers. According to a study, more than 55% of two-wheeler users in India don't like to wear helmets. Many of these deaths, which occur due to severe injury to the head of two-wheeler users, could be avoided by wearing a good helmet.
On Thursday, Bengaluru traffic police shared a terrifying video of a two-wheeler user, who somehow managed to escape death after his head came under the rear wheel of a bus. To bring home the point, Dr BR Ravikanthe Gowda, the joint commissioner of police (Traffic), shared the scary video stressing on the value of a good quality helmet.

The video has already garnered more than 40,000 views and 350 retweets. "This is what we call god's grace". "Omg very scary, but yes good helmet can save ur life...Pl wear a swat belt or Helmet while driving (sic)," a user commented on the video. "Following lane rules, speed limits also matter," said another.
