
New Delhi: Seasoned investor Ashish Kacholia added two new stocks to his portfolio in the June quarter, shows the latest shareholding data.
According to the data available on Trendlyne and the latest shareholdings of the companies, Kacholia picked fresh stakes in Barbeque-Nation Hospitality and Repro India during the April-June 2022 period.
His name was missing from the list of top shareholders of the two companies in the March quarter. Companies are obliged to reveal names only if their shareholding is at least one per cent.
Kacholia owned 4,09,094 equity shares or a 1.04 per cent stake in Barbeque-Nation Hospitality as of June 30, 2022, worth Rs 45.3 crore, according to the latest shareholding pattern.
Incorporated in 2006, Barbeque Nation is one of the leading casual dining restaurant chains in India. It also owns and operates Toscano Restaurants and UBQ by Barbeque Nation which caters to the delivery segment.
Shares of have disappointed investors in the last six months as it has plunged about 25 per cent. However, the counter has gained about 30 per cent in the last one year.
On the other hand, Kacholia bought 4,57,962 equity shares or a 3.60 per cent stake of during the first quarter of the ongoing fiscal. His stake in the company is now worth Rs 19.2 crore.
Another veteran investor, Vijay Kedia, owns 9,01,491 equity shares or 7.09 per cent in the company. However, the company stock has put up a poor performance in the last six months, dropping about 20 per cent.
Incorporated in 1990, Repro India is a provider of print, content and fulfilment solutions based in Mumbai, India. The company is engaged in printing, publication, sale and distribution of physical and digital books in the country.
