These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Anjani Finance(14.82%), Transchem Ltd(13.22%), Ltd.(12.68%), DJ Mediaprint & Logi(12.32%), Innovators Facade Sy(11.89%), Prima Plastics(10.9%), Benares Hotels(10.89%), HSIL(10.81%), Repro India(10.69%) and OnMobile Global(10.42%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 284.42 points up at 55681.95, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 84.4 points up at 16605.25.
In the Nifty 50 index, 42 stocks ended in the green, while 8 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as ., , , and CG Power & Ind. hit their fresh 52-week high, while Ltd., , Gland Pharma, and touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
