Class 10, 12 CBSE results: When it's expected and how to download your score

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is likely to announce the date and time for Class 10 and 12 results today.

The board, however, has not shared any official notice on it yet. According to reports, notice is likely to be shared by 11.30 am.

"There is no delay in the CBSE result. CBSE exams were going on till June 15. After that, checking takes 45 days. I spoke with CBSE (officials) yesterday only and the results will come on time," Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has said.

Class 10, 12 board exam results will be available on cbseresults.nic.in and on the DigiLocker app and the website, digilocker.gov.in. Candidates need to fill in their roll numbers and school numbers to download results.

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to check your score:

• Go to www.cbse.gov.in or www.cbresults.nic.in.
• Click on the link to the results for Classes 10th and 12th in the menu bar.
• A pop-up will appear; fill in your roll number or registration number
• Press Enter, and your result will appear on the screen

CBSE exams were held in two terms - term 1 and term 2. Both the terms covered 50% of the rationalised syllabus. No students were failed in Term 1 exams and now the final results will be declared by calculating average marks of term 1 and term 2.

As many as 35 lakh students sat for the board exams, out of which 21 lakh appeared for the Class 10 exam. The tests for term 2 were conducted between April 26 and June 15.
