Commerzone, Porurwith Mindspace Business Parks REIT– add over 1.5lakh sq.ft. of Grade- A inventory in the city that continues to be a growth corridor for new business entrants in India.

Simpliwork Offices, is all set to double its inventory to 6 million sq.ft. by end 2023, to capitalize on the accelerated demand for outsourced flex workspaces among large corporates across markets. The company will be investing Rs 650 crore as well as raising private equity fundsover the next two years.

“Over the next few months, our endeavour is to set new pan-India benchmarks, not just in terms of space, but also in the overall experience of working from outsourced offices,” he said.

Adapting to the changing market dynamics created by Covid-19, Simpliwork has also reworked its business model to include ready-to-occupy offices.

Since its inception, Simpliwork has designed and delivered over 3.1 million sq. ft. of space across Grade A locations in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai.

Simpliwork Offices clients portfolio includes many fortune 500 companies. Currently, it has over 35 centres in India, with Hyderabad being its biggest market, and Chennai the most recent one.
