Slap anyone calling us traitors: Rebel Sena MLA Santosh Bangar

AURANGABAD: Santosh Bangar, Shiv Sena MLA from Hingoli district's Kalamnuri, has asked his supporters to not tolerate anyone calling those in chief minister Eknath Shinde's camp a traitor.
Bangar has openly expressed his unhappiness about some people referring to the rebels as traitors.
When contacted, Bangar stood by his statement and said a true Shiv Sainik can never be a traitor.
"I have asked my supporters to slap anyone calling or referring to Eknath Shinde's supporters as traitors," he said.
Justifying his statement, Bangar said, "We did not betray Shiv Sena. We went with one of our party leaders, and during the floor test, we even voted for a Shiv Sainik who then formed the government with a natural alliance partner. There is no reason for anyone to label us traitors."
He added that people in his constituency as well as the district have come out in his support, and have welcomed his decision to join the Shinde camp.
