Pune: Man found murdered in Hinjewadi

PUNE: A man, aged between 40 and 45 years, was found hacked to death along the road between Maan and Mhalunge in Hinjewadi on Saturday.
“A preliminary postmortem report confirmed that the man succumbed to the injuries caused by sharp weapons,” said inspector Sonyabapu Deshmukh of the Hinjewadi police.
The officer said the man was found lying motionless on a heap of garbage alongside the road. He was taken to the Sassoon General Hospital, where the doctors declared him dead. TNN
