Maruti Suzuki has finally unveiled the 2022 Grand Vitara's funky full-color instrument cluster after a string of teasers. The bookings for the 2022 Grand Vitara have already started at the company's Nexa dealerships in India for a token amount of Rs 11,000.

The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara is scheduled to launch in India on July 20. The SUV will include a full-colour display in the centre, with a fuel gauge on the right and a charging mode indicator on the left.

Additionally, the most recent teaser shows off an SUV with a hybrid logo. An EV drive mode will also be available on the 2022 Grand Vitara and will power via a self-charging Electric Hybrid Technology as stated in the caption of teaser video.

The 1.5-liter K15C petrol engine with mild hybrid technology and the 1.5-liter TNGA Atkinson cycle petrol engine with strong hybrid technology, powering the recently introduced Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder are anticipated to power the 2022 Grand Vitara. A 6-speed torque converter automatic transmission and a 5-speed manual transmission are available as transmission options. Additionally, the mild hybrid version of the SUV is anticipated to get an All-Wheel Drive.

A panoramic sunroof, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a Head-Up display, TPMS, connected car technology, ventilated seats and a 360-degree camera are some of the important features equipped in the new SUV.

The Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara upon its launch in India, will line-up against other mid-size SUVs like Kia Seltos, Skoda Kushaq, Hyundai Creta, Volkswagen Taigun and Tata Harrier.
