Assam floods rehab: Centre to bear 90% of cost

GUWAHATI: Assam CM Himanta Biswa said the floods in the state since April that hit over 90 lakh people have been categorised as a natural calamity of severe nature.
It claimed 195 lives. He said the Centre will bear 90% of the expenses for rehabilitation.
