For the computation of the ICSE 2022 Exam results, equal weightage has been given to both the semester examinations. The marks of Semester 1 and Semester 2 have been added with the internal assessment to prepare the final result for each paper.

Students will be able to access their results on the council’s website – www.cisce.org – after entering their unique ID and index number. They can also obtain their results via SMS. Provision for rechecking will be active from July 17-23. The recheck module will only be available for results of the semester 2 examinations

In a first, the council had conducted the exams in two segments in a single year for both Class X and Class XII. In a statement, it said, “For the computation of the ICSE 2022 exam results, equal weightage has been given to both semester 1 and semester 2 exams. The marks of semester 1, semester 2 and the project (internal assessment) have been added to arrive at the final marks in each of the subjects or papers.”

Signing up for DigiLocker (digilocker.gov.in) is very easy - all you need is a mobile number. The mobile number will be authenticated by sending OTP (one-time password) followed by selecting a username and password. This will create the DigiLocker account. After the DigiLocker account is successfully created, one can download the digitally signed documents issued by the CISCE.

The CISCE will provide all digitally signed copies of the statement of marks and pass certificates available for the candidates taking the ICSE Examination through the DigiLocker facility. The digitally signed documents will be available after 24 hours of publication of results through DigiLocker.

The CISCE has made provision for the candidates to apply for the recheck of results through the CISCE's website - www.cisce.org.

In addition, the provision to apply for the recheck of the results by the Head of the Schools through the CAREERS Portal has been made available by the CISCE. Candidates will be required to pay Rs 1000/- as recheck charges per paper per subject.

It may please be noted that the recheck of results will be restricted to Semester 2 only as the recheck of results of Semester 1 has already been completed by the Board.

The recheck module will be activated from today i.e., July 17, 2022, 5:00 PM and will be available till July 23, 2022. Students should note that after the last date the recheck module will be deactivated and the CISCE will not entertain any request for the recheck of the ICSE Examination Year 2022 thereafter.

Students can follow the below-given steps for receiving their results through SMS

Step 1: For receiving the ICSE Year 2022 Examination Results through SMS, the candidates need to type their Unique ID in the following way, in the 'New Message' box:

ICSE 1234567 (Seven Digit Unique ID)

Step 2: Send the message to the number: 09248082883

Step 3: The result will be displayed in the following format:
