Gurugram logs 186 new Covid cases, postivity rate 4.8%

GURUGRAM: The city reported 186 new cases of Covid on Friday, a decline of 25.3% from the previous day when 249 cases were logged. The test positivity rate has further gone down to 4.8% from 6.2%.
Gurugram currently has 730 active cases, out of which 15 patients are hospitalised. The city also recorded 144 recoveries, raising the tally of total recoveries to 2,83,767. The health department officials said that the private and government healthcare institutions tested 3,870 people in the last 24 hours. “The city has been reporting less than 200 cases now. We have also maintained testing since our camps are still going on,” said Dr Virender Yadav, CMO, Gurugram.
