US, Russia to resume flights to ISS

NEW YORK: Nasa and Russia’s Roscosmos have signed a long-sought deal to integrate flights to the International Space Station, allowing Russian cosmonauts to fly on US-made spacecraft in exchange for US astronauts being able to ride on Russia’s Soyuz.
It is now one of the last links of cooperation amid Ukraine tensions.
