A new master agreement between the companies extends the existing agreements that allow Pentanet to install and operate its telecommunications equipment on Axicom's towers.
The terms of the existing agreements are extended to 1 July 2032, and Pentanet has an option to extend the deal for a further five years.
The new arrangements see Pentanet leasing additional area on the towers, and gaining access to additional towers.
Axicom has more than 110 towers in Perth and 180 towers in Western Australia.
Axicom CEO Cameron Evans, said, "Axicom is delighted to support Pentanet's innovative deployment of fixed wireless services to customers across Perth."
Pentanet managing director Stephen Cornish, said, "The signing of this agreement assists in the next phase of growth plans with Axicom, to enable neXus and 5G products to be rolled out across the rest of their network in Western Australia.
Pentanet recently announced the commercial launch of neXus, its gigabit-enabled wireless mesh network for Perth that uses mmWave technology.
"The agreement with Axicom reinforces the strength of the relationship, and we look forward to continuing to work closely with Axicom. In addition, the agreement will allow us to leverage more value from our network, which will allow for a material uplift in the capability of our network to deliver a better customer experience and increase capital efficiency," he added.
Axicom was recently acquired by Australia Tower Network, which is owned by AustralianSuper and Singtel.
