GCET 2022 results to be declared on Mon

Panaji: The directorate of technical education (DTE) will declare the results for the 2022 Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) on Monday. The GCET was held on July 11-12 and a total of 3,052 students had registered to appear for it.
The exam was held in 16 centres across Goa. The GCET is held for admissions to engineering and pharmacy degree programme seats in the state.
GCET consists of an objective type question paper of 75 marks each in the subjects of physics, chemistry and mathematics. It is conducted by the DTE with the help of a team from IIT Bombay.
The answer sheets are machine-readable, which ensures declaration of results in a week or less from the time the test ends. tnn
