Cops attacked in Advoi over family feud

Valpoi: A police vehicle was damaged at Kumbharwada in Advoi, Sattari, on Friday after a local broke all its glasses and slashed the tyres.
It all began with a fight between two brothers Keshav and Sanjeev Kunkolkar on Friday afternoon. Concerned about the situation deteriorating, villagers sought the help of the police to pacify the brothers.
However, when the police reached the spot, Keshav allegedly started pelting stones at their vehicle and also chased the police.
Keshav allegedly became boisterous, and damaged the police vehicle.
He was later apprehended and brought to the Valpoi police station.
