Lucknow University extends date for under-graduate admissions

LUCKNOW: Lucknow University has extended the last date for submitting applications to its undergraduate courses from July 20 to July 30 on the directions of the University Grants Commission (UGC) on Thursday.
UGC has directed higher education institutions to finalize the last date of their undergraduate admission process only after the declaration of CBSE class XII results in order to provide sufficient time to students for admission. The entrance test is expected to be held in mid-August or later. "In student's interest,the LU has revised its admission process accordingly," said LU spokesperson Durgesh Srivastava.
