CUET UG 2022 Exam LIVE Update: Get UGET admit card, exam day guidelines, student reactions and more

Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG 2022) exam is being conducted today for slot 1 from 9 am to 12.15 pm while the slot 2 exam will be conducted from 3 pm to 6.45 pm.

Blank paper sheets for rough work of A4 size will be provided in the examination Hall/Room. Candidates must write their name and Roll Number at the top of each of the sheets, and must drop the sheet/s in the designated drop box without fail, before leaving the Examination Hall/Room. It may be noted that if you do not drop your sheet it may lead to non-evaluation of your answers.

Diabetic students are allowed to carry eatables like sugar tablets/fruits (like banana/apple/ orange) and transparent water bottle to the Examination Hall/Room. However, they cannot carry packed foods like chocolates/candy/sandwich etc.

Instrument/ Geometry/ Pencil box, Handbag, Purse, any kind of Paper/ Stationery/ Textual material (printed or written material), Eatables and Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/ Microphone/ Pager, Calculator, DocuPen, Slide Rules, Log Tables, Camera, Tape Recorder, to wear/carry any type of watch including Electronic Watches with facilities of calculator, any metallic item or electronic gadgets/ devices.

No Candidate is allowed to enter the Centre wearing his/her own mask. Mask will be provided at the Centre. Personal masks will be disposed of in a closed pedal push bin provided at the Centre.

1. Read questions carefully before answering them as there is a negative marking in CUET

2. Check all the documents before leaving the home.

3. Try to carry as few items as possible to the exam centre as many items would not be allowed to the exam centre.

4. Have sound sleep to avoid delay in getting up on time on the day of exam.

The candidates must reach to the exam centre one or two hour before the exam begins as one should expect the unexpected which may include traffic, roadblock, heavy rain, transportation problem etc.

1. Correct Answer - 5 Marks will be awarded

2. Wrong Answer - 1 Mark will be deducted

3. No Answer - 0 Mark will be awarded

The candidates will have to carry these important things given below :-

1. CUET admit card

2. One passport size photograph

3. Valid ID proof - Voter ID or Aadhar Card

They must note that without admit card, they would not be allowed to enter the exam hall.

In case the candidates find any error or discrepancy in the admit card regarding details of the candidates' signature or photograph shown in the admit card, they should immediately inform the NTA authorities so that the discrepancies can be rectified.

• Admit Card downloaded from the NTA Website

• One Passport size photograph is to be pasted on the Attendance Sheet at the Centre.

• A valid Photo ID Proof in Original

On the day of the Examination, candidates are advised to reach the venue of the Test at the Reporting Time mentioned in the Admit Card. If you report beyond the Gate Closing time of the Centre, you will not be allowed to enter the Test venue.

Please check the Reporting Time at Centre, Gate Closing time of Centre, Date of Examination, Shift and Timings of Test, Venue of Test following as indicated on the Admit Card.

National Testing Agency will be conducting Common University Entrance Test [CUET (UG)] - 2022 from 15 July 2022 to 20 August 2022.

The CUET provides a common platform and equal opportunities to candidates across the country, especially those from rural and other remote areas and help establish better connect with the Universities. A single examination enables the candidates to cover a wide outreach and be part of the admissions process to various Central Universities.

The Common University Entrance Test (CUET (UG) - 2022) has been introduced for admission into all UG Programmes in all Central Universities for academic session 2022-23 under the Ministry of Education, (MoE).
