45 new Covid cases reported in city, district

Vadodara: The city and district put together reported 45 new Covid-19 cases on Wednesday. The cases were reported from 2,116 tests conducted during the 24 hours ending on Wednesday evening.
The fresh cases include 41 from VMC limits and four from areas outside VMC limits. A total of 60 persons were discharged on Wednesday. The fresh cases in the city include 21 from west zone, followed by 10 from north zone, six from east zone, and four from south zone.
After the 60 discharges on Wednesday, 327 active cases remained in the city and district. These include 10 hospitalised patients, one of whom needed oxygen support.
