KEC International(up 10.04%), RTNPOWER(up 3.90%), Jyoti Structures(up 2.13%), Energy Development Company(up 2.09%), Torrent Power(up 1.73%), Limited(up 1.43%), Hitachi Energy India(up 1.41%), Transmission(up 1.32%), Alstom T&D India(up 1.29%) and NHPC(up 1.21%) were among the top gainers.
ADANIGREEN(down 5.04%), Karma Energy(down 4.87%), Adani Transmissions(down 2.27%), JSW Energy(down 2.13%), Orient Green Power Company(down 1.99%), KPI Green Energy(down 1.75%), Adani Power(down 1.21%), Transformers and Rectifiers(India)(down 0.81%), Jaiprakash Power Ventures(down 0.77%) and Suzlon Energy(down 0.74%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 38.45 points up at 16096.75, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 124.85 points at 54011.46 at around 11:26AM.
Hindustan Unilever(up 2.35%), Asian Paints(up 1.68%), Grasim Industries(up 1.37%), JSW Steel(up 1.33%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(up 1.2%), Larsen & Toubro(up 1.19%), Infosys(up 1.19%), NTPC(up 1.19%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(up 1.13%) and Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 1.1%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, IndusInd Bank(down 2.46%), Bharti Airtel(down 1.37%), HDFC Bank(down 1.05%), HCL Technologies(down 0.66%), Reliance Industries(down 0.52%), Tata Consultancy(down 0.48%), HDFC(down 0.41%), Shree Cement(down 0.35%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 0.32%) and Hero MotoCorp(down 0.29%) were trading in the red.
